Instructions for Electronic Proposal Submission
ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE
MAC Users please note: Due to issues with the Safari browser, please use Firefox 1.5 or greater.
The University Research Committee will accept electronic submission of proposals until 8pm EST
on the deadline date.
You must have your Emory University user name and password for an electronic submission.
If you have forgotten your user name and/or password, you may contact the
Emory University AAIT Help Desk at (404)727-7777 or dial 7-7777 from an on-campus telephone.

Your submission must include all required signatures. When your proposal is complete, including signatures, it can be scanned into
a single Adobe PDF file and submitted electronically.
To submit your completed proposal to the URC:
- When prompted, login using your Emory University user name and password
- Select your appropriate sub-committee using the selection box.
- Use the "browse" button to find your completed proposal file on your computer.
Your file must be an Adobe PDF format file.
All other file types will be rejected by the system. If you do not have the full version of Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer, click here for instuctions on how to create a PDF document.
- Click the "Send File" button
You will receive an email confirming your successful electronic submittal.
